Since these are custom orders we do not accept returns or exchanges. We triple-check every transfer to make sure that the printing is flawless and perfectly cured ready to press onto your garments.However, if there is a quality issue with the print or transfer caused by us we will be happy to replace it.
Firm pressure for 10-15 seconds at 350 Degrees.Peel right away if you selected "Hot Peel".Peel when completely cooled down to room temperature if you selected "Cold Peel".We recommend doing a final heat press with the Finishing Sheet to remove any shine and prolong the durability of the decoration.Full instructions here.
Once you receive the transfers you can store them for up to 2 years. Keep them sealed to prevent moisture from getting in the ink.
Absolutely! Our DTF Transfers will last 45+ washes. Make sure you apply them properly to avoid any issues.
